Chapter 3 addresses indemnities about data breach. It addresses several other indemnities too, covering claims about staff compensation and benefits, product liability for tech distribution, machine learning outputs, and more.

Chapter 3 also addresses "the cause problem" (which we call "Advanced Indemnities"). That refers to problems arising when the contract conditions indemnification and defense requirements on the indemnitor's wrongdoing: on its breach, negligence, etc.
